Amy Diener is a Bangkok-based artist from New York, specialising in vibrant dot paintings inspired by her travels. Her work draws influence from sacred geometry, the Fibonacci sequence, and the cosmos.  Battling OCD, she uses art as a coping mechanism to relieve anxiety. Amy paints only dots, finding the process meditative as she patiently dips and drops layers of acrylic paint to create tactile 3D dots. This requires extreme focus and concentration, helping her stay present. Her goal is to raise awareness and destigmatize mental health through art and mindfulness, seeing herself as a bridge between her mesmerizing paintings and the mental health community. Amy’s paintings instill positivity, love, compassion, kindness, and inner peace through the meditation of her healing mandalas. She has exhibited worldwide in New York, Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, and Germany. Her work has been featured in the Bangkok Post and on the cover of Wanderlust: Expat Life and Style Magazine.
