Shipping Policy

At Linvela Gallery, all artwork is printed on demand and dispatched directly from our EU facility.

Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship to all member states of the European Union (EU). Because these shipments originate within the EU, no customs duties, import fees, or additional taxes apply to your order at checkout.

International & Non-EU Orders:

If you are located outside the European Union and wish to place an order, please contact our team directly at help@linvelagallery.com. We will gladly calculate custom shipping rates and delivery options for your destination. Please note that for non-EU deliveries, local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply upon arrival and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Production, Transit Times & Rates

Because every piece of artwork is produced on demand:

• Production & Fulfillment Window: The estimated dispatch timeframe for your specific order is displayed directly on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
• Transit Times & Costs: Shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on your destination country and are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). While we and our delivery partners strive to meet these timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Carrier & Order Tracking

• Carrier: All packages are shipped safely and reliably via DPD.
• Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DPD tracking link.

Missing or Uncollected Packages

If your tracking status shows that your package has been marked as "Delivered" but you have not physically received it:

1. Check with immediate neighbors or your building reception.
2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery notification at help@linvelagallery.com.

Notifying us within 48 hours allows us to immediately launch an investigation with DPD and resolve the issue for you.
